The location of the guest house is perfect, within walking distance to the subway, Colosseum, and Roman Forum. The room was bright, spacious, and equipped with all necessary amenities in the bathroom. The nearby Saloon del Panino offers convenient local fast food options.

Quiet hotel, affable staff. Magnificent and comfy location, close to everything. Based next to the very friendly shop as well as subway, railway station, Santa Maria Maggiore, Latheran Palace, Colloseum, Trevi Fountain and all other main sightseeng. Perfect place for exploring Rome.

The room was spacious and clean and had a great view. The location was convenient, just a short walk from the subway and bus stops. Plus, there was a good fruit and vegetable shop right across the street.

The property was a little further away from the major attractions than I expected. At night, the subway was often closed, so we had to walk for about 20-30 minutes.

The rooms were very clean and comfortable, with a nice modern decor. The location was excellent, with easy access to transportation and attractions. The owner was accommodating and helpful, making our stay enjoyable.

The old elevator was a bit cramped and could be a tight squeeze with luggage and other people. The self-serve breakfast could have offered more variety.

If you unfortunately have inconsiderate neighbors, noise may be an issue. However, with a pair of earplugs, this can easily be solved.

The shared lounge was so cozy and the free WiFi was a real treat. The breakfast options were fantastic, especially the buffet. And the paid airport shuttle service was the icing on the cake!

Who needs convenient metro stations and a famous historical monument just a short walk away? Definitely not me!
